The NZIA develops and publishes a number of Services Agreements and Construction Contracts copyrighted for use by licenced NZIA Practices and their Clients. Reference versions are available for purchase by others. All our documents have been subject to extensive consultation and expert opinion. They are continuously monitored and evaluated and, where appropriate, updated and improved. The documents currently available include :
